Sleep and more milk supply...just what you all want to hear about ;)

Last night Clarke offered to take Brooklyn all through the night for feedings so I could get a good nights sleep and I wasn't about to complain. So at around 7pm I feed her then we went out to eat at Village Inn, which let me tell wasn't all that great, I don't think we will be going back there again. Anyway the next feeding should of been at 10, but little miss Brookee did not want to wake up so we just let her sleep and feed her when she woke up, well to our surprise she woke up at ONE O'CLOCK in the morning......that is 6 hours my friend. The most she has ever slept has been 4 hours. So 6 hours is HUGE.....
Clarke had to come wake me because she was still hungry, after eating 4 oz's; little piggee; so I feed her a little and sang some songs to her and she then fell aspleep at around 3am. She woke up at 7am for the next feeding, Thats 4 more hours but 5 hours going with out food. I was so excited for us and her. That has never happened amd it was seriously not fair that Clarke got the best night so far. I hope that she will continue to sleep like that. She is 8 pounds now so I guess tech she can because her stomach is bigger and can hold more food for longer periods of time. I wanted to post this next part for a journal intry so feel free to skip if you don't want to read. Clarke was feeding Brooklyn at 7am and I woke up at 8am so of course I didn't need to feed her but I did need to pump. I pumped 6 oz's in 20 mins. That has never happened either. It was probably mostly because I didn't feed her all through the night like i'm used to. I have been trying to make more milk anyway by pumping for 10 mins after every feed and it has been working, so that is just awesome. :)

Hi I got your text message (but to be honest I'm not very good at texting, ha ha! So I thought I'd leave a really long comment on your blog) I see Dr.Kirkman, I think that's who you see, isn't it? I really like him a lot and his nurse Bri is awesome too!

How are things going for you guys? Looks good from what I can tell...I'm reaching the point where I'm getting quite nervous but am pretty anxious to have her!!
